We have jack pads ready, so you don't need to bring your own: the car goes up at the correct lift points and the sills stay intact. The mechanic quotes the price of a service from your licence plate — an EV has no engine oil, so the prices of a petrol or diesel service don't apply. The hourly rate is from €79, the same as for any other car.

Brought my car in for repair — everything was done quickly and without any hassle. They explained exactly what was wrong, showed me the problem and didn't push anything unnecessary.
I came in to change my tyres before a trip, but it turned out my brakes were completely worn and there was even a deep groove in the disc. I was very surprised they had missed this at the previous inspection.
I'd been to several garages — my steering wheel shook at 80+ km/h and no one could find the problem. These guys sorted it out within a day, now everything's perfect!

Yes, and it costs the same: €70. The time depends on the car; we cannot promise a fixed time.
Will I hear the price in advance?
Always. You hear the price before we start, and if we find something else along the way, you first get a photo and a price. We do nothing without your approval.
